Dear valued donor. May Allah swt bless you and your family for supporting Islamic education through this scholarship program. Please read the following carefully.

• Please note $750 is the maximum amount for the dollar-for-dollar tax credit permitted by the State of Ohio per person. Married couples filing joint returns can make two separate donations of $750 each for a total of $1,500. Consult your tax advisor to determine your specific tax situation.
• You may not receive a tax credit for your donation to the SGO if you have a dependent receiving an SGO award. Please consult with your CPA or tax advisor especially if your income is below 200% of poverty income.
• You authorize the Cincinnati Islamic School SGO to direct your donations to the most deserving lower income students without restrictions to a specific school or student.
